Returns And Warranties
If not satisfied with the product you can return the item within 14 days of its arrival provided that the item is in its original condition and has not been used. This return can be in exchange of a different product of the same or higher value provided you pay the difference. You can also request a full refund instead. The item has to be sent back in its full original packaging with all FREE items included and labels intact. Delivery cost to be acquitted by the customer.
All items can be exchanged within 14 days of receipt.
All items come with manufacturer warranty – in case of the damage described below we will provide free repair if possible and if not then we will replace the item for free:
- Soft gears – 6 months warranty in case of complete wear and tear
- Bats – 6 weeks warranty in case of handle displacement or full blade breakage (when the bat is no longer of use) as long as the bat protection sheet has been applied on the face of the bat. Minor edge cracks or vertical cracks in the blade from wear and tear will not qualify for repair/replacement as long as it doesn't affect bat performance quality
Every case of damage will be individually reviewed for the damage and whether the damage qualifies for repair/replacement free of charge. Photos/videos of every angle of the damage and photos/videos of the entire bat showing protection sheet and company logos are required.
If the item is repairable we require you to send the item to GS Cricket (delivery cost to be acquitted by the customer) otherwise we will send the replacement product to you.
